The biggest news announced yesterday (11/11) during the launch of the 7th Nautical Rally of Bahia, held at the event hall of Yacht Club was the inclusion of the Jet Ski Category in the regularity proof. This fact was pointed out by the yacht Commodore, Marcelo Sacramento, who reinforced the joy and satisfaction for one more year of such event in partnership with Bahia Marina and Naútica Magazine support.
Bahia Marina Director, Leilane Loureiro, announced some other news about the neutral point, strategic stop so competitors can get together. This year it is going to happen on dry land, at the Bahia Marina space, in a new way, but not yet detailed, according to Leilane, “not to spoil the surprise”.
Harbour Master Ricardo Pinheiro, in turn, emphasized the importance of the event and said that such event has an educative approach for being a regularity proof, not a speed proof. Also present at the Rally launch was Levi Lima, Jammil band singer(partnership).
The proof is going to happen on Saturday, November 28th, under the technical supervision of Apucrom. The event integrates the Baía de Todos os Santos Nautical Week, officialy launched by the Municipal Government of Salvador, Monday (11/16), at ACM Neto´s Office(Mayor).
